As a founding Full Stack Engineer at Nekton Labs, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative solutions that integrate and analyze ocean data, driving transparency in the ocean-based carbon credit marketplace. You will play a lead role in designing and developing the software behind our internal data tools and user platform, connecting our customers to high-impact marine carbon dioxide removal (mCDR) projects. You'll be working alongside a team of marine scientists, data scientists and modelers, and blue economy experts to understand customer needs and deliver high-quality, scalable products that help restore the ocean and fight climate change.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our understanding of carbon dynamics in marine ecosystems and contribute to global climate research through field experiments and incorporation of biogeochemistry into modeling frameworks. You'll be working alongside a team of data scientists, ocean modelers, and blue economy experts to understand customer needs and deliver high-quality, scalable products that help restore the ocean and fight climate change.

You'll be working alongside a team of data scientists, ocean carbon specialists, and blue economy experts to understand customer needs and deliver high-quality, scalable products that help restore the ocean and fight climate change.

BUSINESS / FULL-TIME
The Director of Business Strategy and GTM will have 360-degree ownership of Nekton’s business strategy and development regarding building Nekton’s supply-side and demand-side partnerships with project developers, corporate buyers and investment partners. You will also drive strategic analysis and financial decision-making to support our go-to-market financial strategy. This is a cross-functional role and requires expert management of multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
